SBI SCO Eligibility Criteria Details
Qualifications:
For the post of Dean, candidates must have an MBA/Executive MBA with a minimum of 55% marks or a Ph.D. from top Indian/International business schools. Preference will be given to those with qualifications in Banking & Finance and teaching experience. External Faculty applicants should hold a postgraduate degree or MBA (minimum 55% marks), preferably in HR/Finance. Ph.D. and additional certifications in relevant domains are desirable. For Marketing Executive, a minimum of 55% marks in MBA (Marketing) is mandatory.
Age Limit:
The maximum age limit for the Dean and External Faculty posts is 55 years as on 31.12.2024. For the Marketing Executive position, the age should not exceed 40 years. The minimum age for applying is 28 years, depending on the post.
Age Relaxation:
Age relaxation will be applicable as per Government of India guidelines for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD and other reserved categories.
SBI SCO Salary Details
The Dean will receive an annual CTC ranging from ₹35 lakhs to ₹60 lakhs (80% fixed and 20% variable pay), while External Faculty will earn ₹25 lakhs to ₹50 lakhs annually (70% fixed and 30% variable). The Marketing Executive will be paid between ₹25 lakhs to ₹40 lakhs per annum (60% fixed and 40% variable). Perks include travel allowance, accommodation (optional), leave benefits, and more.
