Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit (as on 19/04/2025):
- General: Up to 35 years
- OBC (NCL): Up to 38 years
Educational Qualification:
Each position requires a 10+2 qualification and a diploma in the relevant field from a government-recognized institute. Preference will be given to candidates with higher qualifications or work experience.
For example:
- X-Ray Technician: Diploma in Medical Radiology Technology (2 years minimum).
- Pharmacist: Diploma in Pharmacy and must be registered with the Pharmacy Council.
- Critical Care Technician: Diploma in Critical Care Tech and 1-year ICU experience.

Salary and Benefits SAIL Recruitment 2025
Monthly Pay:
- For Sl. No. 1 to 7: ₹17,020 (Basic ₹10,000 + Allowance ₹7,020)
- For Sl. No. 8 (Physiotherapist): ₹25,000 (Basic ₹17,980 + Allowance ₹7,020)
Working Hours:
- 8 hours per day, 6 days a week (48 hours total).
- Leave: 7 days annual leave + National Holidays.

The selection for SAIL Proficiency Trainees Recruitment 2025 will be done through a walk-in interview. Interested and eligible candidates must go to the interview venue on 05 May 2025, between 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
