Qualifications –
- Candidates must be working in the Finance Department.
- Must be holding:
(i) Substantive posts in Level-8 (CDA), OR
(ii) Posts in analogous grade IDA E-2 (₹50,000–1,60,000), OR
(iii) Posts in IDA E-1 (₹40,000–1,40,000) for at least 4 years. - Preference will be given to those with experience in construction organizations.

- For Absorption: Not above 57 years
