Selection Process

| 1. Online Application (OTR on new SSC portal) | Complete OTR → Fill online application → Pay fee (if applicable). |
| 2. Computer Based Examination (Paper-I) | Objective MCQ — Parts I–IV (General Intelligence, GK, Quantitative Aptitude, English). 2 hours. Sectional timer. |
| 3. Shortlisting (based on Paper-I) | Paper-I (including NCC bonus) used to shortlist for PST/PET. |
| 4. PST/PET (qualifying) | Physical Standard & Endurance tests — standards given in notice (gender/region wise). Qualifying only. Ex-servicemen exempt from PET. |
| 5. Paper-II | English Language & Comprehension — 200 marks; only those qualifying PST/PET appear. |
| 6. Medical Examination (DME/RME) | Mandatory qualifying. |
| 7. Document Verification & Final Allocation | Based on merit (Paper-I + Paper-II + preferences) and document verification by CAPFs/Delhi Police. |
