Introduction

Madhya Pradesh Employees Selection Board (MPESB) has released the official notification for MP Police Subedar Stenographer and ASI Ministerial Recruitment 2025 on 20 September 2025 for 500 vacancies. This recruitment is conducted for the Madhya Pradesh Police Headquarters, Home (Police) Department to fill posts of Assistant Sub-Inspector (Stenographer) and Subedar (Stenographer). Eligibility Criteria

• Stage 1: Written Examination 100 marks, 120 minutes • Stage 2: Physical Efficiency Test (PET) Qualifying nature • Stage 3: Skill Test Stenography/Typing test • Stage 4: Document Verification Certificate verification • Stage 5: Medical Examination Health and fitness assessment

Selection Process

For Subedar (Stenographer): ✅10+2 (Higher Secondary) passed from recognized board ✅Shorthand Certificate/Diploma with 100 words per minute speed ✅CPCT (Computer Proficiency Certification Test) with Hindi typing ✅Computer Diploma from any of the following: • DOEACC Diploma • ITI COPA (1-year course) • Modern Office Management • Diploma in Computer Applications from UGC recognized university • For Assistant Sub-Inspector (Stenographer): • 10+2 (Higher Secondary) passed from recognized board • CPCT Certificate with Hindi typing • Computer Qualification from any of the following: • Engineering Degree/MCA/BCA/M.Sc (CS/IT) • AICTE approved Polytechnic Diploma • DOEACC Diploma • ITI COPA Certificate • Modern Office Management Course • UGC recognized Computer Diploma

Salary Structure
