Selection Procedure
The selection process for both SSR and MR candidates includes two major stages:
Stage I – Indian Navy Entrance Test (INET)
- For SSR: 100 multiple-choice questions
- For MR: 50 multiple-choice questions
This is a computer-based test (CBT) and acts as the first screening step.
Stage II – PFT, Written Exam & Medical
- Physical Fitness Test (PFT)
- Written Examination
- Medical Examination
