- Operation and Maintenance (Mechanical/Electrical):
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mining, Metallurgical, Production, or Automobile Engineering.
- Finance & Accounts:
- For E-1: CA/ICMA/MBA (Finance).
- For E-2 & above: Associate Members of ICAI/ICMAI or MBA (Finance).
- Materials Management:
- Bachelor’s Degree + MBA/PG Diploma in Materials Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or International Trade.
- Personnel & Administration:
- Graduate + MBA/PGDBA (HR) or Degree in Labour and Social Welfare, MA in Sociology.
- A degree in Law is an added advantage.
