Qualifications –
Candidates must have a BE/B.Tech degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or Electrical & Electronics Engineering from a recognized university or institute. Minimum Percentage of Marks in B.E/ B.Tech: Pass Class
Age Limit –
Maximum age: 32 years as on 01.04.2025.
Age Relaxation –
- OBC (NCL): 3 years
- SC/ST: 5 years
- PwBD (with 40% disability or more): 10 years (in addition to category relaxation)
Salary Details
- 1st Year – ₹40,000 per month
- 2nd Year – ₹45,000 per month
- 3rd Year – ₹50,000 per month
- 4th Year – ₹55,000 per month
- Additional benefits include ₹12,000 annually for insurance, attire, footwear, etc.
- Retention Bonus: ₹25,000 per year, payable as ₹1,00,000 at the end of 4 years
