For Professor:
- Ph.D. in Industrial Psychology/Organisational Psychology/Educational Measurement/Psychometrics or related fields with at least 55% marks in post-graduation.
- Minimum 12 years post-Ph.D. experience in teaching/research/professional/industry with at least 3 years as an Associate Professor or equivalent.
For Data Analyst:
