- The monthly fixed compensation is ₹50,000 for those retired in SMGS-IV and ₹65,000 for those from SMGS-V.

- Shortlisting: Meeting the eligibility criteria does not guarantee an interview call. SBI’s committee will shortlist applicants.
- Interview: The interview carries 100 marks. Final selection will depend solely on interview performance. In case of a tie in marks, older candidates will be preferred.
